We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, preparing necessary documentation, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and gather customer feedback will be crucial for product improvement and overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare relevant documents such as Customer Requirement Checklists, Sales Orders, Sample Requests, Quotations, and Complaint Reports.
- Notify customers of finished goods in inventory and encourage prompt collection.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate returns with the Delivery and Quality Assurance teams.
- Develop and present the team's Sales Forecast to management.
- Achieve sales targets through existing and new customer bases.
- Address customer complaints by informing relevant departments and suggesting viable solutions.
- Visit customers to gather feedback for product improvement and strengthen relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Marketing, Printing Technology, or Packaging Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of flexible packaging is an advantage.
- Proficient in English and strong computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
