- Report store results and share new ideas with the Japanese MD
- Bring new plans from the Japan Head Office to the team in Thailand
- Plan and manage the store's budget
- Be responsible for the store's sales and profit
- Create plans to increase sales and grow the business with Japanese MD
- Lead and support the Operations Manager and Admin Manager
- SUpport for proposal on product displays and store promotions
- Support to solve any major problems that happen in the store
- Decide the best team structure and plan for hiring with Japanese MD
- Set goals for your managers and review their work【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Age: 30-45 years old
- Any gender
- Require business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Experience in retail business/ shopping mall/ supermarket
- Able to commute each branch【Allowance & Benefit】
- Social Insurance【Working Hour】
- 8.30-17.30/9.00-18.00 (Considering)
