- Communicate with key users to analyze & solve issues, problem at Finance or SCM area.
- Report and coordinate with Japanese team in Japan to provide solutions and explain resolutions in Japanese.
- Closely monitor & manage progress of requests to support.
- Handle presales activity like estimation & Proposal of Dynamics support project.
- Manage support project, team member.
- Salary: Not over than 63K (depends on experience)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Experience, minimum 7 year, in implementation/support Dynamics 365 FO/AX.
- Experience or knowledge in related field (Accounting / Supply chain / Production).
- Knowledge of Accounting or SCM or ERP software (Dynamics 365/AX is advantage).
- Experience in any ERP implementation/support is an advantage.
- Experience or Knowledge in Trading/Manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Good English Skills both written and spoken.
- Good management skill.
- Good communication skill.
- Good problem solving skill.
