Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Manager - Digital Strategy and Business Partner to join our team. This role is a key driver in shaping and executing enterprise-level digital strategies, enabling transformation across functions and regions, and ensuring digital initiatives deliver measurable business impact.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of enterprise digital strategy in alignment with corporate goalsAct as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into digital prioritiesDrive cross-functional digital transformation programs, ensuring on-time, value-focused deliveryOversee the Digital PMO portfolio, tracking progress, removing blockers, and driving impactLead strategic reviews, digital steering committees, and governance forumsIdentify emerging technologies, innovation trends, and new digital business modelsInspire and coach team members to build digital capability and strategic thinkingQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
