- Dedicated to IOS Key account customers satisfaction in the Region
- Lead, coordinate, and support between technical team and LCS PM pending issue until final Agreement
- Status monitoring within the scope of complaint processing
- Support regional Services project management team by performing customer visits for the recording and/or clarification when necessary
- Alerting and Escalating issues and concern internally
- Monitoring Customer's concerns
- Leading weekly review of gap list between Krones and customers
- Ensuring proper communication process and work flow between customer and IOS organizations
- Monitor and align for all concern issue relating to score card for BIG and Krones with new machine and after sale topic and leading the corresponding actions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG industry, preferably in beverages or consumer goods
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional Teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel across the region as required
- Willing to work in the Bangna area
