• Support the formulation, assessment, and refinement of the bank's medium- and long-term strategic plans
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Coordinate and Support on Strategic Projects

• Plan, execute and monitor strategic initiatives/ programs to help the Bank achieve its strategic objectives
• Requires close collaboration with relevant business and support units in cross-functional initiatives

• Develop Management Reports and Presentations

• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management and Board-level discussions
• Conduct strategic analyses and provide recommendations in a practical, business-oriented manner

• Monitor Strategic KPIs and Performance

• Track and report on key performance indicators related to strategic goals and initiatives.
• Recommend corrective actions to address gaps or changing market conditions.

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with internal business units and external advisors, regulators, and partners as required.
• Support senior leaders in communicating strategic priorities across the bank.
• Provide inputs relevant to the Bank's strategy for investor relation purposes

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Strong strategic thinking and logical thinking skills
• Good communication both in Thai and English
• Ability to work in an international environment
