The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field
10+ years in Trade Marketing, Planning, or Promotions from FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail Strategy background
5+ years in leadership roles with proven team success
Strong strategic mindset with deep category and customer insights
Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communicator with sharp analytical and decision-making skills
