Lead end-to-end profit and loss management for the business unit, ensuring financial performance aligns with growth objectives.
Design and implement strategies to improve profitability through pricing innovation, service mix optimization, and operational efficiency.
Drive customer acquisition and expansion strategies across key industries, focusing on market entry, segmentation, and major account development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through structured engagement programs, value-added services, and commercial performance reviews.
Promote account growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives tailored to client needs.
Define and manage strategic partnerships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment with service standards, cost targets, and geographic reach.
Set the direction for scalable, client-focused supply chain solutions that align with operational capabilities and cost-effectiveness.
Lead commercial transformation efforts, including strategic realignment, digital system upgrades, and process improvements to support scalable growth.
Lead the development and implementation of 4PL logistics strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
Manage daily operations of the 4PL Control Tower, ensuring smooth execution and integration of logistics solutions.
Coordinate across business development, key account management, operations, and digital teams to ensure cohesive supply chain execution.
Ensure compliance with QSHE standards across all outsourced logistics operations.
Oversee transportation, freight, warehouse, bagging, packing, and contractor performance to meet operational and strategic targets.
Plan and optimize workforce and capacity to support evolving customer, industry, and regional demands.
Collaborate on budget planning and cost control to meet financial targets and improve operational efficiency.
Lead transformation initiatives including process improvements, system enhancements, and strategic realignment to support growth.
Experience requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or commercial leadership, including 5+ years in senior roles.
Demonstrated success in P&L ownership, strategic growth, and profitability improvement.
Proven ability to lead commercial and operational strategies, including pricing and market expansion.
Strong background in managing complex logistics ecosystems and 4PL operations.
Skilled in building strategic partnerships and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets and execute projects through data-driven decisions.
High proficiency in English for effective international business communication.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
