Reporting to: COOAbout the RoleOur client, an international mining services company with operations across Southeast Asia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and execute daily, weekly, and monthly HR processes. This is a key leadership role based in Bangkok, with responsibility for end-to-end HR operations and administration across multiple countries.About the CompanyOur client is a leading provider of mineral exploration and drilling services across Southeast Asia, supported by an experienced international management team. Known for investing in local workforce development, they offer structured training, real-world site exposure, and long-term career growth opportunities in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources, Recruitment & ODManage full recruitment lifecycle including job ads, interviews, onboarding.Coordinate with senior management for workforce planning and recruitment forecasts.Ensure compliance with company policies and Thai labour laws.Update HR policies and oversee policy training and refresher sessions.Lead performance management systems (KPIs, evaluations, goal setting).HR AdministrationMaintain and manage HR systems (WebHR, Dropbox, People Tray).Prepare contracts and employee records.Oversee payroll, social security (SSO), PIT compliance, and roster management.Handle leave, roster, termination discrepancies, and payroll queries.Liaise with clients on HR-related contract compliance matters.Provide support to administrative functions when needed.Compensation & BenefitsSupport creation of remuneration strategy, salary benchmarking, and pay structure.Manage medical and life insurance coverage for local and expatriate staff.Culture & EngagementLead initiatives to build a strong, unified company culture.Organize engagement activities and branding efforts to attract talent.Promote continuous improvement and open communication.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in an international or natural resources environment.Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).Strong initiative and ability to work independently.Experience with HR systems and payroll tools.Solid understanding of Thai labour law and HR best practices.Prior regional experience (especially in Laos) is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Key BenefitsWork in a dynamic and international team environment.Exposure to multi-country HR operations.Opportunity to contribute to a growing, professional, and forward-thinking organization.
