• Stay Fit : 2000 square meter gym - 45 classes per week including Circuit training, Yoga, Muay Thai and Spinning.
• Le Spa by Stay : 17 treatment rooms - Onsen facility - Floating cabins.
• Stay Well : Physio and Longevity clinic.

• Insure Guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Establish STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort as a recognized institution for wellness and wellbeing in Phuket.
• Develop our overall Wellness Program.

• In charge to Market and Develop the Revenue of our 4 Wellbeing Business Units.
• Be in Direct contact with our guests.
• Be an ambassador for our wellness offering.
• Increase positive reviews. Answer negative ones.

• Ensure smooth and excellent operation to our guests
• Handles and review guests' complaints.
• Daily inspection of the areas for appearance, cleanliness, maintenance
• Establish and maintain quality standards for all aspects of operations for the managed departments
• Review, develop and implement procedures, guidelines, and checklists to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational processes.

• Propose improvements, innovations, in terms of services, offers, standards, work efficiency
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in the market
• Work with other Hotel Departments to develop offers and events.

Huahinall
