Job Type: Contract (12 months renewable)
Salary range: 40,000 THB

- Provide day-to-day IT operational support and maintenance of Antivirus and Desktop Management in 8x5 Operations.
- Ensure all incident escalation are properly tracked, escalated and with proper closure and assist in troubleshooting if required.
- Implement configuration changes and process requests from clients.
- Monitor the infrastructure’s health and service’s availability and Resolve the incident tickets within SLA.
- Work closely with customer, the team lead/manager to ensure tasks are executed.
- Maintain existing operational documentation to ensure that any newest changes are captured.
- Have security operation and/or IT operation experience. (2 years or upper)
- Have experience computer management and IT Operation Support, Software Installation, IT Document.
- Have knowledge vulnerability scanning tools, patch management or compliance management.
- Capable graph situation based on limited information and make suggestion underset logical assumption.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills.
