  • Developing corporate and growth strategies
  • Defining the organization's purposes and strategic objectives
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and approaches
  • Creating customized strategies and translating into the action plans.
  • Portfolio management and capital allocation
  • Support the leadership team in business development activities including the development of discussion documents, proposals, and thought leadership.
  • Participate actively in the building of EY-Parthenon and broader Strategy and Transactions Practice.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree. An advanced degree, such as a Master's degree and an MBA, is preferred.
  • Solid experience minimum 2 years in corporate strategy, financial analysis, business modeling, M&A, or experience in a strategy consulting firm and/or in a corporate strategy department
  • Strong understanding of business dynamics and operational issues across various industries.
  • Strong quantitative skills in data analysis, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
