Formulate, update, and enforce the company's compliance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, providing guidance on compliance, business integrity, and adherence to internal policies.
Oversee the whistleblowing mechanism, ensuring proper handling and active participation in compliance-related investigations.
Drive initiatives to embed a strong ethics and compliance culture, enhancing awareness and understanding across all levels of the organization.
Prepare and present periodic updates to senior leadership on the status, effectiveness, and monitoring of compliance programs.
Identify, evaluate, and address potential compliance risks, while collaborating with regional counterparts to exchange insights and best practices.
Partner with regional and local stakeholders to implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework, methodologies, processes, and tools, fostering a proactive risk management culture.
Support business continuity planning by assisting functions in developing scenarios, conducting risk assessments and impact analyses, and creating mitigation and crisis response strategies.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate compliance, with exposure to risk management considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in English both Listening and Reading (TOEIC 800)
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly analytical, with outstanding organizational and planning capabilities.
Demonstrates independence, persuasive influence without direct authority, proactiveness, teamwork, collaboration, and a high level of ethics and integrity.
