Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
Design sanitary and Fire Protection, calculations, and prepare technical reports
Develop and maintain detailed Revit BIM models for Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
Prepare construction documentation and ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables. * Analysis of design data, applying engineering principles, codes, and standards.
Perform detailed hydraulic calculations and system sizing for water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems.
Participate in design coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth information exchange throughout design and construction phases.
Respond to RFIs and provide technical support during construction.

You will also need the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’ s Degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
10-15 years of experience in Sanitary ,Plumbing and Fire Protection design of experience in MEP building services design, consulting engineering company will be an advantage
Possession of Thai Professional Engineer License will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Good command written and spoken English.
Familiarity with local and international codes (e.g., NFPA, IPC, ASPE).
Strong analytical, communication, and Leadership, teamwork skills.
