Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations in English to align stakeholders and project teams.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement traceability matrices, process maps, and reports.
Support testing activities by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, and managing defect resolution.
Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (typically 3+ years).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project environments.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
