Sr Staff Specialist Rewards & Benefits (Samut Prakan)Location: Samut Prakan, ThailandSalary: 80K - 120K THB | PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Rewards & Benefits specialist to join a multinational team in Samut Prakan. This role will manage compensation programs, benefits administration, and market analysis to support strategic HR decisions.Key Responsibilities
Advise HR and managers on compensation and benefits topics
Manage annual salary reviews, incentive programs, and job mapping
Lead benefits administration, review offerings, and ensure compliance
Perform market benchmarking, cost analysis, and data reporting
Support HR and business leaders with policy communication
Improve processes for efficiency and employee experience
Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations
Participate in compensation/benefits projects at local and global levels
Manage external vendors for cost-effectiveness and quality
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years in compensation & benefits (multinational background preferred)
Deep understanding of C&B frameworks, laws, and practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Hands-on experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and advanced Excel/Tableau
