- Develop a deep understanding of customers' pain points and challenges.
- Identify the best solutions to address these challenges.
- Translate concepts into detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, senior/lead designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and validate designs & their match to the value proposition.
- Support the Lead UX/UI Designer in executing the feature/design roadmap.
- Ensure high-quality execution of UX/UI components & designs in the development workflow.
- Work closely with developers & QA to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Provide necessary design/feature documentation and assets for smooth development handoff.
- Gather user feedback and analyze data to measure feature effectiveness.
- Iterate and refine designs based on usability testing and customer insights.
- Continuously optimize the user experience based on data-driven insights.
- Must have
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong problem-solving skills Ability to independently iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma, or similar design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to understand implementation constraints.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven working style.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design improvements.
