Senior Production Engineer (Global Food Company)

• Drive process improvements to strengthen EHSSQ (Environment, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality) compliance and boost operational efficiency.
• Contribute to safety assessments and reviews, including HAZOP, Management of Change (MOC), and Risk Assessments (RA), for assigned engineering projects.
• Design and refine process systems, including flow diagrams, instrumentation layouts, mass/energy balances, equipment specifications, cost evaluations, and control strategies.
• Lead commissioning activities and ensure all project outcomes align with engineering design standards and performance expectations.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices across multiple operational sites.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior process engineers through structured training and project-based learning.
• Collaborate with global technical teams to solve complex engineering challenges and promote knowledge sharing and innovation.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Has at least 5 years of engineering project experience in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, or fine chemicals.
• Preferably experienced in starch processing and wet milling operations.
• Demonstrates strong awareness of EHS protocols, including Work Permits, Lockout/Tagout (LOTOTO), and Management of Change (MOC).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and Project, with solid English communication skills in both speaking and writing
