As part of our growing international health insurance team, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, insurers, and internal teams.Role SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our International Health Insurance team. This role is office-based and integral to maintaining efficient daily operations, customer satisfaction, and timely communication with insurance partners.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, policy documentation, and submissions to international insurance partners
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding documents and pending payments
  • Act as a point of contact for insurer communications including case updates, documentation, and policy status
  • Provide claims support, helping customers gather and submit required documents and liaise with insurers on follow-up
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for customer records and policy tracking
  • Keep CRM and internal databases up to date with accurate information
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, legal) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with English-speaking customers and international insurance partners
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are required
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or insurance-related role is preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance documents, claims processes, and back-office coordination is a strong advantage
  • Organized and proactive with excellent time management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Service-minded with a positive and professional attitude
