Join period: Anytime from Jan 26 onwards The student, as part of the FPM team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's Frame Power Module product and setting up new process in Bangkok site.Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Evaluate and optimise condition for Frame Power Module Products.
  • Improving process capability and machine capability.
  • Documentation (WI, OCAP, Contral plan, FMEA, Safe release, Maintanence plan etc.)
  • Maintanence machines to ensure machine performance.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Studying 3rd or 4th year in Bachelor / Masters' Degree in Electrical engineering, Electronicengineering, Mechanical engineering, Physics science, Chemical engineering, Mechatronic engineering or related course of study
  • Experience in programming
  • Experience in using MS Office
  • Like to work analytically and in a structured manner and value teamwork
  • Have business fluent English skills
