Drive business development efforts across both local and international freight markets, targeting new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Initiate and manage direct communication with Thai and international stakeholders, including Japanese, European, and Chinese companies.
Conduct market research to identify and approach potential clients, setting up in-person meetings to present service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to support long-term business partnerships.
Follow up regularly with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Prepare commercial documents including quotations, presentations, and reports using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Collaborate with the operations team to resolve irregular cases and ensure smooth service delivery to customers.
Coordinate the transition from sales to operations by implementing standard operating procedures and ensuring alignment across teams.
Respond to customer inquiries and work closely with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Experience requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing or commercial role, ideally within the logistics or freight industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Confident and comfortable networking with stakeholders at all levels, both locally and internationally.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
