Accounting Manager

• Design and implement efficient accounting systems to optimize financial workflows.
• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including transaction processing, documentation, and financial reporting.
• Serve as the main point of contact for financial matters with both the Japanese head office and banking partners.

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
• CPA certification or active CPD record is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working in a Japanese corporate environment is highly valued.
• Japanese language skills are a bonus, with monthly allowances
• Adequate English communication skills written and verbal for smooth coordination.
