Job Responsibilities
  • Working across all GULF's businesses to support government relations which are parallel with business operation.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with members of federal, state, local government entities and agencies.
  • Planning and implementing events and other activities to support the government relations and education goals such as news conference, meeting, sponsorship, donation etc.
  • Yearly budget planning for the department to support works and activities.
  • Clear up general team expense
  • Provide general support to the team
  • Other general administration support assigned
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Social Science, Public Relations, Arts, related fields.
  • 2-3 years' experience in government relations and education or related fields.
  • Good personality, attitude, and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to drive a car and have a driving license.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to every situation.
  • Be honest and eager to learn.
  • Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible
