The Business Leader is responsible for driving growth and profitability in the Beverage, Brewery & Dairy business in Thailand. This role leads sales strategy, oversees P&L and accounts receivable, and builds high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs while supporting Diversey’s vision for excellence in the Food & Beverage sector.Your Role at a Glance:Manage budget, sales, P&L, and A/R of the assigned sector(s), including GSA and key local/regional accounts.Develop and execute business/sales plans aligned with sector strategy.Build, develop, upgrade, and retain high-performing sales teams.Implement competitive business models including value propositions, service models, pricing models, and solution packages.Align communication, people, culture, and systems to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.Participate in talent development initiatives for the cluster.Execute and manage innovation funnel projects within the country.Drive operational actions such as pricing, cross-selling, innovation sales, fleet management, and alliances.Actively participate in key strategic projects across the cluster and region.QualificationBachelor degree in sciences in biology, food technology, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, micro-biology, food engineering or managementMinimum 10 years in the field(s) of business development, and strategy consulting, B2B sales experience being a plus and you are ideally already managing managers successfully and at least 5 years experiences in managerial level.Fascinated by fast scalable business models, and you have already started building a track-record of businesses you have scaled.Think and act rationally and effectively, fact-based.
