- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to monitor Express Delivery performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance trends.
- Extract insights to support decision-making and enable the execution of Express Delivery initiatives.
- Proactively monitor KPIs to detect operational inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps to enhance delivery operations.
- Propose and implement data-driven solutions to optimize performance and meet business targets.
- Prepare regular performance reports, presentations, and insights for senior management.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Track progress of KPIs and align reporting with business objectives.
- Lead or manage sub-projects within the Express Delivery project to drive order growth and meet business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (driver, product, operations, logistics) and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges, ensuring optimal delivery performance.
- Communicate insights, solutions, and project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a data or performance-focused role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., PrestoQuery, Google Data Suite).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading sub-projects or initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
