Align credit policies with business goals and risk appetite

The Successful ApplicantA successful Team Head Credit Planning should have:
A strong background in banking and financial services, particularly in credit planning.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on credit data and market trends.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving organisational objectives.
A qualification in finance, business, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum 7 years' experience in personal loans, unsecured lending, or banking
Strong grasp of credit risk, portfolio analysis, and financial regulations
Proficiency in data tools like MS Office, SQL, or Python
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage strategic initiatives
Fluent in English
