Work with 3PL to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods and VAS.
Experience in Warehouse functions, Import-Export.
Manage and control 3PL workflows and its activities in the warehouse (Processes, warehouse tours & audit, 5S, KAIZEN etc.) as well as during 3PL operation improvement activities.
Control 3PL inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconcile with SAP system to analyze inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and suggest actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Develop and improve processes, control quality, EHS, and find new ways to increase operation efficiency/quality control.
Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs.
Good command in writing and speaking English / Computer literate.

What your background should look like
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in warehouse & logistics.
Detail oriented, willing to learn, self-driven, highly motivated individual with positive energy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and high pressure.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing subcontractors or third-party logistics providers is a plus.
Computer literacy in MS office, Power BI, App sheet etc.
Good command in English both written and spoken
Can be working in Samutprakarn Area (Bangna-Trad KM 22)
Experience with SAP or related ERP systems will be an advantage.
