At LSP, we focus on both the happiness and success of our learners-delivering meaningful education that is both personal and future-ready.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Head of HR to set up and lead the full spectrum of human resource functions at Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP). This position is critical to ensuring the school operates with excellence in people management, aligned with both LEARN Corporation's HR central policies and the specific context of a school environment.What You'll Drive:
  • Lead and manage all core HR functions for LSP School including:
  • Talent acquisition and onboarding
  • People experience
  • Performance management and career development
  • Organization development and change initiatives
  • Compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
  • Employee relations and disciplinary procedures
  • Set up and lead HR policy and process development for LSP School, based on the school's specific needs and context. Ensure mandatory corporate HR policies from LEARN Corporation are effectively implemented, while identifying areas where localized solutions are needed to support the school environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, with a strong understanding of regulations specific to the education sector and teaching staff.
  • Coordinate with LEARN Corporation's central HR Team to ensure consistency in HR operations, reporting, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders including faculty, parents (where relevant), external agencies, and corporate teams.
  • Drive initiatives to build a positive, service-driven, and mission-aligned organizational culture.
  • Lead or support training and professional development programs for all staff.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law; specific experience with legal aspects of school/teacher employment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with non-Thai staff, including international teachers.
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • High service mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for education and developing people.
  • Experience in an education or school setting is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Conditions:
  • Based full-time on-site at LSP School (Khlong Sam Wa)
  • Occasional travel to LEARN Corporation HQ (MBK Center) for meetings or collaboration
