JOB DESCRIPTION:Primary Functions:Leads and directs all activities toward meeting and delivering overall business objectives, and holds profit and loss responsibility for the business.Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team.Work cross-functionally and cross-divisionally to deliver the key goals and objectives.Drive the strategic direction of the organization, for both the mid and long term. This includes annual business plans, 5 year strategic plans, and, brand/product portfolio plans.Prioritizes and allocates resources across the different marketing channels, and implements key initiatives including market research into consumer and physician insights, pricing, advertising, and promotions.Demonstrates strong leadership skills and engages the entire business to a common goal and vision. Acknowledges the performance and behaviors of others that are in alignment with the overall vision of the business and encourage creativity, innovation, and measured risk-taking.Secures diverse talent and builds a high-performing team that has an appropriate balance of CPG and HCP experience. Understands the benefit of operating and managing a truly diverse organizationEducation:Educated to degree level, with a BS/BA in Marketing or business-related discipline preferredAn MBA from a recognized business school would be advantageousBackground:Requirements and/or strong preference as follows:Ideally at least 10 years of multi-brand, multi-category commercial experience, within a both a healthcare and consumer goods setting.Experience within a nutritional business would be advantageous.A proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans and budgets.Has previously demonstrated the ability to set a new strategic direction for a business, and lead an organization through an effective change process.A proven ability to engage a large and complex organization, at all levels, to deliver a common vision and goal.Strong analytical and business intelligence skills in respect to gaining and interpreting consumer insights.An established track record of creativity, innovation, and measured risk-taking.A history of developing relationships with consumers, customers, and key stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A proven capability of leading, motivating, and developing a large and diverse group of professionals.Experience of working in different markets, and ability to be able to demonstrate a highly ethical stance on all issues is critical.Must be fluent in written and spoken English.A desire for continuous learning.Has a proven drive for results, is highly tenacious, and persistent in the face of obstacles, to ensure strategies are implemented over the long term effectively.The candidate should see this role as a long term (3-5 years, dependent upon Assignee/Local National status).The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: General ManagementDIVISION: ANI International NutritionLOCATION: Thailand
