In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships within the assigned branch network to ensure customers’ needs are met in accordance with Bank’s service standards.
You will also identify opportunities to expand customer base by providing financial solutions through relationship banking approach.Job Responsibility:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the assigned branch network to understand their business needs and financial objectives.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to meet customers’ needs, including loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury bills, foreign exchange, deposits, etc.
- Identify opportunities to cross sell other bank products and services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures at all times.
- Keep abreast of market trends and economic conditions to better serve customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client activities and transactions.
- Manage credit facilities and approve overdraft limits for customers.
- Work closely with other departments within the Bank to provide seamless services to customers.Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in commercial banking, preferably in corporate banking or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
