- Develop, implement, and review HR plans and solutions:
- Manpower resource planning, budgeting, and recruitment,
- Compensation and benefits administration and review,
- Performance management (eg periodic appraisals, competency review, counseling),
- Training and development, including leadership development,
- Internal communications and employee engagement,
- Talent retention and succession planning programs,
- Industrial relations management,
- General affairs, health, and safety management.
- Work with centralized HR shared services teams to implement various HR plans and achieve desired results.
- Make sense of global and regional HR strategies and implement the plans that fit local requirements.
- Align with and participate in various HR talent identification and development programs.
- Prepare and present periodic HR indices and annual strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 8 years of HR leadership experiences, preferably from a large scale MNCs electronics, automotive manufacturing environment.
- Possesses sound knowledge of and experiences in local HR practices and employment legislations.
- Proven ability to take the lead and drive business outcomes and HR programs.
- Demonstrated change management skills to plan and manage HR programs.
- Highly independent and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft will be advantageous.
- Labor Union management experience is advantage
- Customer and service oriented.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Must be willing to be based/ relocate to Bangpoo, Samutprakarn. 5 working days
