Responsibilities
  • Creating effective sales strategies and plans to promote products or services in the modern trade sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Setting and meeting sales targets, monitoring progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and consumer behavior in the modern trade sector.
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable business deals.
  • Leading and managing a sales team responsible for the modern trade sector, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Generating regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to management for decision-making.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on potential growth opportunities within the modern trade sector, such as new product launches or market expansion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing or relate field.
  • 5 years' experience of Key Account, Modern Trade Sales Manager in home services is plus and relate industrial.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
