Supervise and assist with the on-site assembly and cycling of company forming systems, ensuring safety standards and proper procedures are followed.
Collaborate with district and corporate teams to troubleshoot issues and provide optimal solutions tailored to customer needs.
Review blueprints, pre-plan equipment usage, and coordinate field service schedules using internal reporting tools.
Partner with the sales team to demonstrate formwork setup and cycling to contractors, supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities.
Conduct at least two safety toolbox meetings per month on job sites to reinforce safety culture and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or 5+ years of experience as a site engineer or project engineer.
Proficient in blueprint reading with strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Must be a motivated problem-solver with a passion for construction and a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 2-4 nights per month) and perform hands-on technical support on-site.
