- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with corporate direction.
- Update and maintain company policies, work rules, and related documentation.
- Analyze HR data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead initiatives in change management, culture development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR Operations on strategic programs (e.g., talent management, workforce planning, C&B).
- Support HR budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in strategic or project-based roles.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR analytics.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, and policy development is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Confident yet humble, with excellent presentation and communication skills (Thai & English).
- Background in manufacturing or multinational environments is a strong advantage.
