Position Title:HR & Administration Manager
Age: 35-45Key Responsibilities:Department ManagementOversee the daily operations of the HR & Administration function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Recruitment & HR OperationsManage recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation, and benefits.Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.Employee Relations & EngagementMaintain effective employee communication channels, manage labor relations, and resolve conflicts.Build and sustain a positive workplace environment to improve employee satisfaction.Administrative OversightHandle general administrative management, office operations, and compliance with company regulations.Leadership SupportReport directly to the company owner and Complete other tasks assigned by the Boss.Requirements:Bachelors degree or higher (full-time); ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantageMinimum 5 years of HR experience in a medium-sized enterprise, with proven capability to independently lead HR & Admin workStrong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations; high level of professional ethicsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skillsResilient under pressure and capable of handling complex employee issuesEmployment Benefits & PoliciesSalary Range: THB 25,000 – 35,000 (base salary)Additional Benefits:Meal allowance: THB 50 per dayNon-fixed bonusCompany-provided accommodationLeave & Holidays: Annual leave and public holidays according to Thai labor lawProbation Period: 120 daysOvertime: Occasional, but no overtime payInsurance: Thai Social Security provided (no additional commercial health insurance)Recruitment Process: 2 interview roundsRound 1: Online interview ( by HR manager in China and Thai colleague)
