Ladlumkaew, Pathum Thani【Job Description】
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, forklift drivers, and pickers.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and optimal stock layout within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee periodic stock counts and cycle counts.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP systems to track inventory and orders.
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, labor productivity, and shrinkage.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Manage warehouse budgets and control costs related to labor, equipment, and maintenance.
- Liaise with transport, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Prepare reports for senior management on warehouse performance, issues, and improvement plans.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume warehouse environment.【Allowance & Benefit】
