Our partner company is looking for a Presales Engineer (Security) with experience in security architecture and consultancy. Responsibilities include designing security architectures, demonstrating product capabilities, and driving technical discussions to support Palo Alto Networks sales.Location: Huay Kwang, Bangkok (BTS/MRT Accessible)
Plan and execute the deployment of security solutions including firewalls, VPN, NAC, and endpoint security systems based on client needs and project specifications.
Perform system integration, testing for compatibility, and interoperability checks.
Offer technical support at L2/L3 levels during project deployment and post-launch phases.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems related to security devices and software.
Conduct post-installation training sessions and operational handover to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams, project coordinators, and technology vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
Document system configurations, deployment procedures, and support processes thoroughly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven 3+ years of experience in deploying and supporting network security systems.
Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, and security frameworks.
Experience working with major security brands such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or Sophos.
