- Board information
- Purchasing for Maintenance office budling, outside, toilet and follow up
- To ensure all office based administrative functions of the manufacturing plant are completed.
- Be responsibility to carry-on CSR activities.
- Uphold the company Quality Policy & Occupational, Health & Safety Policy.
- Adhere to all site Quality & Environmental procedures/Work Instructure.
- Support Quality & Environmental awareness campaigns, objectives, targets.
- Attend OH&S activities as required. As Safety meeting, Safety talk.
- Carry out the necessary steps to achieve Quality & Environmental targets set by the Management
- Use energy and water wisely.
- Skilled of Administration, Purchasing, HR, negotiation, analytical skill and computer, analytical, presentation, working within an empowered teams, working with other members of team to set performance standards and work to resolve problems if team members do not work to the team's standards.
- Ability to coordinate own work with other team members.
- Ability to be trainer of team members.
- Computer literate in use of basic Word, Excel etc.
- Good communication skill, teamwork environmental.
