P&L and Financial Management:
Oversee the plant's profit and loss (P&L), managing budgets, and implementing cost-control strategies to improve financial performance.
Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions that optimize efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Production and Operations:
Direct and manage all manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met on time and within quality specifications.
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to streamline processes and maximize output.
Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Quality and Food Safety:
Ensure strict compliance with all food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
Lead and participate in internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections.
Foster a strong food safety culture throughout the facility.
People Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance staff.

Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Food, Industrial, Mechanical), Food Science, or a related field.
A minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Factory Manager, Plant Manager).
Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential.
Track record of successfully managing a P&L and leading large teams.
In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or similar).
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
