Work with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the value of initiatives to ensure data capability enhancement is successfully deliveredKey Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project roadmaps which leverage high-level perspectives to define goals, objectives and approaches for data and analytics transformation.
Work closely with project members in providing leadership and acting as a primary communicator to link among the teams as well as organizing the teams’ performance and project activities, such as project decision making and buy-in from the stakeholders.
Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog together with relevant documents for assigned project products with the aim of balancing the requirements of stakeholders and increasing visibility into project states.
Stay up to date with new data and analytical technology in order to educate related parties, define opportunity statement, adopt innovations and improve busines operations timely in the company.
Provide unified direction and be accountable for the success of the projects as a frontman or center of the data initiatives' development cycle.
Propose the methodology to measure busines impacts and present the benefit realization as a result of data innovations and projects.
