SOC Planning and Control Tower

• Resource Planning to support SOCs and RCs operation: Manpower, Pallet, Consumables both BAU and Campaign
• Volume curve analysis to tighten manpower planning
• Coordinate with subcontractor company to inform/adjust number of MPW need.
• Actual MPW report and Productivity Analysis
• Cost control per budgeted
• Tracking and Monitoring Productivity and incentive scheme
• Lead Project according to company direction regarding resource management

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus
• Experience in team management.
• Knowledge on Operational activity and limitation
• Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• G- Strong Analysis skill
• Strong leadership skill
