Hunt for new clients: Identify and reach out to companies that are actively hiring or growing in Thailand
Cold call like a pro: Use outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to get past gatekeepers
Qualify leads: Understand the clients pain points and hiring needs, and assess if were a good fit
Set up meetings: Book intro calls for our Business Development or Client Partner team
Keep CRM updated with notes, activity logs, and lead status
Work closely with our marketing and research teams to improve targeting and messaging
What Were Looking For
1-2 years of experience in Sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred)
Fluent in Thai and English
You're comfortable cold calling and can handle rejections without losing momentum
Strong communication skills you know how to keep it short, sharp, and persuasive
Basic understanding of recruitment or B2B services is a plus, but not a must
Tech-savvy familiar with CRMs, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools
