In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring excellent service to our customers. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential for successfully navigating customer inquiries and facilitating smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Record data related to Sales Order Confirmation and created ITEM Codes in the Axapta system.
  • Generate invoices based on Sales Order Confirmation and Output Orders for relevant departments.
  • Prepare shipping plans and coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain and update Sales MPR (Monthly Performance Report).
  • Collaborate with the production team to track the status of Job Orders and communicate deadlines to customers and sales representatives.
  • Check inventory levels in the warehouse and inform the Sales Executive about stock availability for customer sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with good English proficiency.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
