- Control and handle service tasks and service Projects
- Plan and coordinate the installation of new machines and retrofits (delivery, installation, commissioning, optimization, acceptance phase)
- Trigger the personnel resource planning: to engage the local despatcher to choose adequate staff according to the following procedure: to check local resources, regional resources, external resources and finally headquarters' resources or to follow the established local procedure
- Responsible for scheduling and budgeting the assigned projects (including in quotation process, financial management and cost controlling)
- Responsible for escalation management including communication and the arrangement of countermeasures: to establish accruals if necessary in collaboration with counterparts in the Headquarters
- Liaise with and to manage subcontractors working for the assigned Projects
- In charge of communication and cooperation of all parties involved in the assigned Project
- Responsible for the management of technical issues during the complete project period including the guarantee Phase
- Ensure compliance with existing local ind international law or / and specific customer requirements for the assigned prjoect
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
- At Least 3 years of experience in project Management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and Budget
- Experience in service operations, including incident, problem, and change Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, SAP, or other Systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel across the region as required
