It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.Job Description1). To support PPAP documents preparation in value stream.
2). To support line walk activity, department activities and follow up with team.
3). Coordinator with concern department when have customer complaint or quality issue.
4). Investigate parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts) with Quality engineer and production team.
5). To improve digitalization of quality system.Qualifications1) Currently a student in Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
2) Good command in Thai and English
3) Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Power apps, power automate and power bi are preferable)
4) Eager to learn new things
5) Minimum 4 months of internship periodAdditional InformationStarting date : 17-Feb-2025
1 intern will start on begin of 2025 and take turns to another by period.Your advantages
