Senior Specialist - Inventory Accountant

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline is required.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, experience within cost/inventory accounting strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to make judgments on analysis of data based on practice and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management skills and ability to adhere to month-end close timelines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting controls,

• Check and complete of inventory transactions sync to NetSuite system
• Preparing for a Credit Note Request from Client for Stock Returns (RMA)
• Stock reconciliation between two systemby (WMS vs NetSuite)
• Adjustment COGS of Merchandise to NetSuite system
• Adjustment inventory into system
• Completely accounting for account code inventory group on Balance Sheet
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
