Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, trade shows)
Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends and customer insights to identify market gaps and new opportunities
Team Leadership: Build and lead a new Marketing team, including recruitment, defining roles, and implementing KPIs
Performance & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, manage the marketing budget for cost-effectiveness, and present strategic reports to management
Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to create go-to-market strategies and support them with relevant market intelligence
Experience requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within B2B, industrial, or FMCG environments
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams from the ground up
Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing platforms
Proven experience in campaign planning, market analysis, and customer insight development
Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills
High accountability, growth mindset, and hands-on execution capability
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
