About the CompanyOur client is a prominent company in the Building Materials and Industrial Products sector.They specialize in providing value-added solutions, backed by a robust supply chain and strong technical support.Job Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, trade shows)
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends and customer insights to identify market gaps and new opportunities
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a new Marketing team, including recruitment, defining roles, and implementing KPIs
  • Performance & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, manage the marketing budget for cost-effectiveness, and present strategic reports to management
  • Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to create go-to-market strategies and support them with relevant market intelligence
Experience requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within B2B, industrial, or FMCG environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams from the ground up
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing platforms
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, market analysis, and customer insight development
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills
  • High accountability, growth mindset, and hands-on execution capability
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
