- Develop repair work and team skills to align with customer expectations and organizational policies.
- Prepare the workforce to align with repair service needs and ensure timely completion of tasks efficiently.
- Provide consultation, guidance, and decision-making support to employees regarding work procedures and machine repair methods.
- Coordinate, meet, and communicate with customers to help resolve issues, offer sales proposals, and issue invoices.
- Select and control labor costs for contractors on each project.
- Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 THB (depends on experience)

- Able to travel for work to other provinces.
