You'll help build the brand : brand identity, positioning, campaigns, and activations.What You'll Do
Define brand positioning and messaging specific to Thai street food culture.
Manage the full brand lifecycle: localisation, creative assets, rollout, performance tracking.
Develop and execute campaigns across online, offline, events, and delivery channels.
Work closely with operations, menu teams, and marketing to align brand messaging with in-store and digital touchpoints.
Monitor KPIs: brand awareness, customer sentiment, engagement, and sales lift.
Stay ahead of street food and F&B trends keep the brand fresh yet authentic.
Who You Are
4-5 years in brand management, ideally within F&B (especially QSR, street food).
Strong understanding of Thai culinary culture and consumer behavior.
Creative, agile, with hands-on experience in execution.
Great at cross-functional collaboration, data-driven, and fluent in Thai and English.
