Contribute to the development of a sustainable warehouse system by designing practical and efficient operational procedures, particularly for picking tasks. Ensure timely delivery of outbound sales orders and support the company's overall operational systems.
Collaborate with the Customer Relations team to address client needs and encourage proactive, service-oriented operations.
Enhance employee performance by developing their skills and promoting positive workplace behaviors that align with business goals.
Lead and manage high-performing teams, effectively handling fluctuating workloads and optimizing overtime to meet customer demands while controlling costs.
Uphold and enforce workplace safety policies and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Monitor and ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.
Analyze operational outcomes, gather relevant data, and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Achieve performance targets in line with annual KPIs.
Support management by prioritizing tasks based on urgency, complexity, and required detail.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency around any changes or deviations in operations.
Adhere to and promote compliance with environmental, occupational health, and safety standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management
Proficient in English communication skill
Good cross functional communication, leadership skill, attention to details
Good knowledge in SAP, WMS
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management systems.
